Data deletion instructions
You can request deletion of your DiveBook account or personal information without signing in.
Request deletion
- Email justin@divebook.pro with the subject DiveBook data deletion request.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your DiveBook account where possible. State whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific information removed.
- If your request concerns a Facebook connection, include the Facebook Page name and explain which connection or information you want removed. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or identity documents.
What happens next
DiveBook will review your request and may ask you to verify ownership before removing account information. You can use the same email address to ask for an update or confirmation.
Your request can cover your account profile, dive logs, uploaded certifications, photos and connected personal information. Tell us if you want to keep your account and remove only selected data.
Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes. We will explain any applicable retention when handling your request. Deletion from DiveBook does not delete records independently held by payment providers or other services.
Disconnecting Facebook
You can remove DiveBook’s access in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, depending on how you connected it. Removing access does not by itself delete information already stored in DiveBook; email us to request that deletion.
Posts already published to your Facebook Page remain on Facebook unless you delete them there.
