Welcome to DiveBook ("DiveBook", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using divebook.pro you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and certified to dive at the level you represent.

2. Account & Conduct

You are responsible for your account, dive logs, and content you publish. Don't impersonate others, falsify dive records, or harass other users.

3. Bookings, Payments & Marketplace

Purchases of expeditions, courses, gear and marketplace items are processed through Stripe. DiveBook charges a 5% platform fee on all marketplace transactions until January 1, 2027, after which the industry-standard 10% rate applies. Refunds are at the discretion of the seller / operator unless otherwise stated.

4. Safety

DiveBook is a software platform, not a dive operator or instructor. You dive at your own risk. Always dive within your training and consult a physician where appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your dive logs and photos. You grant DiveBook a license to display them within the platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.
